Ginger Glazed Carrots

2 cups sliced carrots (I used frozen)
2 tsp ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine.

Steam carrots until tender (I did it in the microwave) add ginger, grown sugar and butter, mix well and enjoy! These are a great side dish for Bourbon Chicken or Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken
