Mayo Free Chicken Salad

Ingredients

* 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
* ⅓ cups Dried Cranberries
* ⅓ cups Sliced Almonds
* 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped
* 2 stalks Celery, Chopped

* FOR THE DRESSING:
* ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
* ½ teaspoons Curry Powder
* 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
* Squeeze Of Lemon Juice
* Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

Combine chicken, cranberries, almonds, green onions, and celery in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over the chicken mixture. Toss to coat and serve on a toasty bun.
