- 1-2 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded/chunks(or you can use a large can of chunk chicken.)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup chopped dill pickle
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Mix everything together and throw in the fridge for a little while.
I really prefer this on croissants. SO yummy!
